Welcome to

Please do visit our Just Giving page and show your appreciation for a well organised Market. Your donations will help Rotary continue to do great work here in the community.

We were really pleased to see so many of you braving the wet weather to enjoy our Christmas Market and support the work of Rotary Club of Ingatestone on Sunday!
Thanks to all our supportive stallholders, our performers, and everyone who visited.
Thank you also to the High Street businesses like The Star Inn, The Lounge Wine bar and Ravens Bakery, plus retailers, including Abigails Lifestyle, The Blue Dandelion, Oaktree Gallery, Maggies Fashion, The Ginger Tree Ingatestone, La Pomme, Patrick Green Ltd and Paper Station at The Old Forge, many who opened on a Sunday especially for the event to welcome you all.
And thank you to everyone who helped to organise the event this year. The outside part of the market is organised on a voluntary basis by the Rotary Club of Ingatestone. The team works tirelessly on this event in order to raise funds which are then donated back into local good causes. Every little penny counts and if you either weren't able to donate on Sunday, or had such a great time you'd like to pledge some more , please do consider visiting
our Just Giving page to help the Rotary continue to do great work here in the community.
Finally one last thank you goes to our 2023 sponsors and official supporters, without whom the event would not have been possible - Brentwood Connected, who had a busy day with the Giant Snow Globe in Market Place, the Brentwood Business Partnership (sponsored by Beresfords & Tees), Anglo European School, Moody Group, Taylor's Budgens of Ingatestone, Taylor, Viney & Marlow, John F Hunt Power, Forest Gate Construction, Ravens Bakery and Gallivant Travel - for all the Gallivanting you desire.

For details of the day, go to the 'Ingatestone Christmas Market' facebook page.

Both the outdoor section, organised by the Rotary Club of Ingatestone, and
the indoor 'Christmas Fayre', organised by the Ingatestone & Fryerning Community Association, are looking forward to making it an even greater success in 2023 with your support.

Outside in the large parking area surrounding the Ingatestone Community Centre there will be stalls ( a lot of local traders and businesses) selling:

 - Variety of items including crafts, gifts, jewellery, toys, festive decorations, home, lifestyle and decor as well as wellbeing products including vegan and cruelty free make-up. there will also be clothing and clothing accessories, pet treats and gifts.

- Cold food will include - Cakes, pies, cheeses, sausages, bacon, pickles, chutneys, specialist Xmas puddings, amazing fudge and other confectionery.

- Hot food  available will include - Hog roast, burgers, The Deli's pizzas,  German sausages, waffles, donuts and a lot more! Stalls will also be selling mulled wine, prosecco and flavoured gins and vodkas to drink on site and bottles and gift sets to take away.

Inside the Community Centre, there will be more stalls selling a variety of Christmas items. Hot food will also be available inside and the Community Club licensed bar will also be open.

For the younger visitor there will be Santa's Grotto within the Community Hall.

This year there will also be attractions in the Market Place area, so do visit these before or after coming to the Main Market.
Special activities from Discover Brentwood Connected and businesses including La Pomme, Paper Station at The Old Forge, Patrick Green, and The Ginger Tree Ingatestone.

Many of the High Street shops, restaurants, pubs, and bars in Ingatestone will all be open on the day too and so it will be a much broader family and Christmas shopping experience than just the market itself.

Last year's winner, Kate Mayo of Kate Mayo Ceramics (pictured) told us:

"Winning the Ingatestone Christmas Market stallholder competition in 2022 was a great opportunity for my new business. I was able to share my ceramics with new customers and start to attend markets regularly.
Since then, I’ve sold at many other markets and events all over Essex, but the Ingatestone Christmas Market is one of the busiest I’ve been to."
