Welcome to

CHRISTMAS MARKET - SUNDAY 11th December 2022
We are pleased to announce that the Ingatestone Christmas Market will held again this year on Sunday 11th December 2022 - 12 noon to 6pm.
Both the outdoor section, organised by the Rotary Club of Ingatestone, and the indoor 'Christmas Fayre', organised by the Ingatestone & Fryerning Community Association, are looking forward to another successful event in December.
A BIG THANK YOU
A Big Thank You to Everyone who helped to stage the 2021 Ingatestone Christmas Market and to all those who came and made this event such a great success.
This year has been our best ever, involving loads in the Community and getting great footfall both at the market and in the High Street, so we in Rotary would like to thank everyone that helped, who took part and who came.
And very special thanks go to our sponsors and in particular The Shanta Foundation and Forest Gate Construction.
A special mention to Anglo European School for use of their car park and to their students for their help on the day.
Finally, we wish you all a great Christmas and hope you all keep well into the New Year

What an amazing day it was - the atmosphere was amazing and the weather was on our side. Well done to all the organisers for putting this day together, very well organised - they did an awesome job. I’ve donated and would absolutely love to do next year without a doubt.

I just wanted to thank you and all your team for such an amazing event on Sunday, my first ever market and it was nothing short of a well-oiled machine! Very much looking forward to taking part again next year.

I just wanted to say thank you to you and the committee for a well organised event on Sunday. We would love to attend again next year if it goes ahead, if possible a similar position on the same side as this year as we were out of the sun so nothing melted (we were as surprised that it was shining) and we had plenty of room for stock .

TROLLEY DASH

As part of the fundraising campaign, raffle tickets were sold for the chance to 'dash around Budgens filling a trolley! Amazingly, almost 2000 tickets were sold - a superb effort organised by Sally Pudney.
On Sunday 19th December the winner called Richard came with his son, Sam and they rushed around 'Taylor's Budgens of Ingatestone' for two minutes filling a trolley.

For all ages there will also be Christmas music, with performances on our stage from the Junior School Joint Choir as well as several Ingatestone singers.
Many of the High Street shops, restaurants, pubs, and bars in Ingatestone will all be open on the day too and so it will be a much broader family and Christmas shopping experience than just the market itself.
